Termite Baiting Systems:
The Hex-Pro™ Termite Baiting System uses minimal termite bait to control the termite colony. This system includes an active ingredient that’s been proven reliable through 10 years of in-field testing.

Fumigation Services:
Fumigation is enveloping a structure in tarpaulins to hold an insecticidal gas. The reason for this is usually for the control of wood infesting beetles or insects that live within the structure and they eat wood and celulose products. Most commonly in Southwest Florida the treatment is for Drywood Termites. When the colony has reached a substanial size they start to make "kick holes", about the size of a push pin, then kick their feces "pellets" out of their galleries to create more space. In addition to Fumigation we also offer a "no tent" treatment, with borates for qualified problems which usually cost less and have little to no impact on residency. TERMITE INSPECTION SERVICES
We perform termite inspections for the transfer, sale, refinance, reverse mortgage or repossession of homes or commercial property.  Inspectors have a minimum of 5 years experience and some as long as 25+ years to perform these inspections. Inspection reports are written on legal forms with strict guidelines and wording from The State of Florida Bureau of Entomology, Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
